My favorite ETF reads over the past week, along with my ETF chart of the week!
“APs performing creates and redeems for international equity ETFs need a plentiful supply of domestic and the relevant foreign currency.”
“If you are not in the ETF business, you’re facing irrelevance.”
“TQQQ could lose an estimated 0.7% to 95% over the course of a year when the Nasdaq 100 breaks even, depending on how much the index bounces up and down along the way.”
“DGAZF dislocated from its fair value of slightly above $100 dollars a share due to the perfect storm of 3 major factors.”
ETF Chart of the Week: Credit Suisse delisted several ETNs in July including the VelocityShares Daily 3X Inverse Natural Gas ETN (DGAZ). Upon delisting, DGAZ’s ticker symbol was changed to DGAZF and the product was relegated to the over-the-counter markets where shenanigans ensued. DGAZF’s price spiked from $125 to $25,000 in the span of a few days!
